It is with pleasure that we announce that Hanétha Vété-Congolo has been granted a stipend to publish the proceedings
related to the 8th International Conference of the ACWWS (Martinqiue). All conference participants who presented papers are asked to submit
papers with a short summary no later than February 15, 2003. (The previous January 15 deadline has been extended.) Please provide a 30-word
biography with each submission.
